For anyone whose ONLY missable left was the rubble, the absolute last place you can scan rubble is in Chapter 8 / Objective: Reach the Dome of the Geist. During the big interconnected puzzle room you'll come across an area where you need to drop an explosive Mulligan Melon on a moving platform to clear gunk and reach the Mycelium Coil. There is an area just below with rubble. So if you have a manual save in that section simply reload and go from there.

Heads up: 'Alien monuments' in the northern and southern mountain pass are actually called 'gardener's tribute' and 'gardener's opus' now, not 'alien monument'. You get to these places on either side of the Polluted Lake. (You have to go to these mountain passes to complete the puzzle there and cross the bridge).

1:56:36 - in this room there are some shelves. On one of them opens a prompt to use your inventory and has no label. If you take a mini k out here you won’t be able to drop it. However, If you head over to the goat you can throw the mini k at it and it will talk.

Thanks for the great video i love how you take time to look around when on the street view so you can get an idea of landmarks to orientate yourself!

the trick is to just make a save, lay down as much bait as possible like literally 7 or some shit like that and then run away and then scan the area for a moose. If it doesn't work reload the save and do the same thing. I got it on my 2nd try.
